Common questions

How many attempts do you make?

Our standard service includes multiple attempts at different times of day, including an evening or weekend attempt where appropriate. The exact number for your job is stated in your quote.

What if the person can't be served?

You'll receive an affidavit of non-service (diligent search) detailing every attempt, which your attorney can use when asking the court about alternative service. Skip tracing may help locate a new address.

Can you give me legal advice?

No. We're not a law firm and can't advise on what documents you need, deadlines, or how to proceed in your case. We can explain how service works and what we need from you.

Have papers to serve?

Send them today. We'll confirm receipt and your service timeline within one business day.
