Out-of-area serves

Your case is here but the party isn't? We coordinate service elsewhere in Florida and in other states — one contact, one invoice.

How it works

  1. You send the documents and service details to us.
  2. We assign the job to a vetted process server where the party is located, confirming they're authorized to serve there.
  3. We track attempts and keep you updated.
  4. We review the return of service for completeness before sending it to you.

Different rules, different places

Service rules vary by state and sometimes by county. The local server follows the rules where service occurs, and we check that the affidavit includes what your court will expect. Your attorney should confirm any questions about valid out-of-state service.

International service

Service outside the U.S. often involves treaties and longer timelines. Contact us to discuss; we may refer you to a specialist.
