What signers need

• A current, government-issued photo ID
• The complete, unsigned document
• The ability to understand and willingly sign
• Any required witnesses (we can sometimes help arrange them)

Important limits

A notary verifies identity and witnesses signatures. We can't prepare documents, tell you which document you need, or explain its legal effect. Notary fees are set by Florida law; a separate travel fee applies for mobile appointments and is quoted when you book.
